The staff is very helpful and friendly, most of them speak good English, although in couple of cases we had to use Google Translate 😁 Great breakfast options, including vegan on most days (Bubur kacang hijau, Bubur Ketan hitam, kolak) on top of the watermelon and papaya, as well as pisang goreng. Jus jambu 🤤 Very good coffee and this is the first of that range of hotels where brown sugar was also available. The restaurant has a great vegan tofu sechuan option, but unfortunately it sold out on the day after I ordered it, and it was not offered after that :(( The chef did make a vegan capcay for me, however if you order that, make it clear that you want a spicy one, otherwise you will end up with an extremely bland food. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and port. The location is safe during the day, we do not recommend going out at night, we witnessed a fight with machetes at the hotel at 6 am. The breakfast was luxurious. Rooms clean and well equipped.
