The hotel sent two cars to pick me and my friends up and we specifically stated one car was sufficient. I got stuck paying for the unwanted and unnecessary car. I requested a lunch voucher to settle the dispute and the manager rejected my settlement offer. This was a hotel error that I got stuck with paying for. That’s wrong
