The location is great, with an easy walk to the waterfront and a restaurant district. The train station is a slightly longer walk. The staff is very nice, and helpful. It's very clean. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The bathrooms are modern and conveniently laid out. Very close to Ostia Antica, a short bus or train ride or easy Uber or taxi. It's also an easy train ride into Rome for a day trip.

Nice and simple room, but super clean, with a great balcony facing the sea. Comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and informative, helped us with restaurant options and helped us to book a taxi to the airport on the early morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food. Plenty books and magazines to enjoy at the lobby area for the cold and raining days.

Number phones do not work. no emergency phone no connection with reception. In fact, there’s not king size bed there, but only two small beds,on the balcony there are two chairs instead of a trestle bed,The bathroom is in an unhygienic condition, the sink is all dirty,there is nothing to eat for breakfast. When complained about my superior room the receptionist answered that “Sorry, but we do all this only for summer season”. This is not a four star hotel, but a maximum of two stars.

I loved everything about the Beach Apartment! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was phenomenal! She had great recommendations for dining. I also accidentally booked the wrong date for leaving and she found us a new place within minutes.
