We were very pleased with all of the exceptional attention we received from the friendly & accommodating staff.
We had to move from our original room due to difficulty in walking long distances to the lobby. The staff gave us an excellent room to move into, closer to the entertainment, the restaurant & the lobby.
We were very satisfied.

Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..

Best part of the island!
Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home .
Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home . Angelika made me felt very welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. IE taking me around when needed and if she couldn’t put me on to the people or person who could . Mark also gave me the sense that there was no task you could not ask of him . Didn’t need to because the place and my stay was perfect
We really loved the staff and especially the ones at the bar. We loved the different pool locations too. We also really enjoyed the music and different activities that we could enjoy at night. We actually loved housekeeping services and the room service was fabulous. Food was okay and typical hotel food. Over all is was very romantic and so perfect for couples. We did the romantic dinner on the beach and it was a nice experience for us and the food the chef cooked was AMAZING.
Stay was exceptional with excellent service from reception, restaurant and security staffs. The hotel is located at the main hub with easy access from the hotel to shopping and restaurants in Rodney Bay. Easy access to the beach through a back road from hotel, excellent food and we enjoyed our stay for a week at the hotel. Special thanks to Tisa, Anamen, Michael and other staffs who made our stay the best. Highly recommend Cocopalm to anyone wanting to stay in Rodney Bay.
Hazel and Colin were super nice and very helpful. They invited us to use the gardens and pick fruit. They recently had the apartments constructed and they are beautiful. There are nice touches like both St Lucia and North American outlets and a detailed info booklet about things to do. The setting is lovely, we watched birds during the day and listened to tree frogs at night.
Our venture at the hotel was worth it. The room was accommodating, well decorated and comforting where as breakfast was very special for my girlfriend and that made my very happy. Overall I was very happy with the time I spent there. Thank you for having us and I am hoping to spend more time at your hotel. Your staff was friendly and welcoming.
An excellent quiet location, with a warm welcome. A good sized room with ensuite, all in a minimal stylish decor, very comfortable beds, a TV. The hotel/studio was built a year ago by the proprietor and her husband, a contemporary and thoughtful building.
This hotel did a great job considering the times we are in. Staff were fantastic. Room was comfortable, 2 minute walk to shops. It's a 10 minute walk to beach but much cheaper than the beach resorts so well worth it in my opinion
Julian was very kind to pick me up from the airport and drop me off at ferry port for cheaper than a taxi. Also did a full island tour. My room was upgraded as I was the only person in the hotel, good tv and AC.
Excellent breakfast. The room size was generous. The hotel is located in the Rodney Bay area and is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The hotel provides a shuttle to the nearby beach.
The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. The location is very convenient, close to everything. There's lots of parking if you have a rental car. Breakfast in the mornings is great.
A very nice hotel resort on a fantastic beach. Huge, clean and cozy rooms with a nice view from the balcony. Very nice and big pool. Excellent breakfast buffet, very nice pool bar.
Everything! The hosts were amazing! They run a beautiful hotel and are super accommodating. I will definitely come back! If you want a beautiful, dream like place this is it.
