I like the improvement of the hotel since our last visit years ago. The rooms are new and the hotel is clean. The breakfast was good. You can’t deny that other facilities are old yet clean and working. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Every thing was good and comfortable , big hotel , with 2 swimming pools,indoor and outdoor , the front desk staff was very helpful, Mr Ibrahim, Miss Amna , I very appreciate their support and assistance, also I want to mention the breakfast in the hotel delicious and fresh , also Chief Talal who responsible for Egg station, he was giving positive vibes to all guests , it was great to start your day with people who are ready to draw smile on your face and make you happy . I like the hotel and sure will come again .

Perfect location. The only place to stay in Muscat because it's right on the Mutrah Corniche (boardwalk) immediately accessible to Muscat's only worthwhile sights - the huge souk, Old Muscat, etc. Breakfast buffet was quite good in a dining room overlooking Mutrah Bay.

Riyam Hotel is located in Mutrah, a 20 minute drive from Muscat. The hotel has an outdoor pool and barbecue, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.
