The staff were amazing! Super friendly and attentive throughout the resort, the entertainment staff are fantastic - Noah still misses his "amigos". The rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful location with spotless rooms. Very friendly staff who go over and above to help out. Absolutely fabulous breakfast! Dinner also delicious and bar snacks good. Swimming pool not heated in May but swimmable if brave and on the hot days we were there. Quieter hotel, calm and relaxing, not for wild parties. Bring good, grippy walking shoes—top of hill, lots of slippy cobbles! Forget your heels unless using Uber/taxis everywhere (very good, inexpensive service in the town).

We loved the décor of this hotel, so funky! It was new and very clean. Great location in old town, close to great restaurants and shopping. Very walkable to everything. Parking very convenient. A nice boutique hotel!
