The property is fantastic in terms of the building and the setting. The staff, though, was completely unqualified. We checked in and neither person had a single recommendation for things to do in the area. Wait staff was also unqualified. It was clearly a beautiful physical property, but poorly managed.

The staff was extremely helpful. As Americans spending our first night in Sweden we were having trouble contacting relatives in Norway. The staff was able to provide the needed help.
