I grew up here in Aurora and lived in the Greensview apartments done the street for several years, so for me it's home! I came back to visit with my nephews and wanted them to stay the night but they both wanted to go home after swimming, which means I could have saved a good amount of money had I known they would want to go home but my main objective was them having fun, so I didn't want to make them stay and have them be upset all night.ChandraUnited States - 6.0Scored 6.0

Everything was nice except the comfort inn booking it made my entire stay miserable. The hotel staff was very unprofessional and only. They were very ugly and there presentation gave me no other choice but to write this review. The room was a mess.
The room was a mess. The toilet did not flush, and the bathtub could not be filled due to not having anything to plug with nor have the little latch working to stop the water from draining. Everything in the room seemed to be falling apart. I went to the front desk to let them know the issues and the front desk assistant completely ignored me and moved on as if she did not hear my concern at all nor wanted to change me to another room. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. I will not be staying at this location ever again and yes, I did take pictures and planning on contacting corporate.

AN AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE TO DOWNTOWN. I have visited Denver many times, often staying Downtown. Downtown is certainly attractive BUT very expensive ( rooms, parking, activities) This Hampton Inn was a MORE attractive room than Downtown at HALF the price. Free Parking, excellent activities and ONLY 20 minutes away from Downtown and the Airport.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Our checkin process was fast and short. The room was clean but very warm even when set at 72 never went below 76. One of the lights didn’t work in the bathroom but it was very clean and nice. The pillows were not comfortable for me. I would stay here again but wouldn’t be my first choice due to location from the airport is about 17 miles

I reserved a handicapped access room and it definitely was not and they said they didn't have one. Room was dirty, no drinking glass, no wastebasket, one partial roll of toilet paper, flys and even a worm on the bathroom floor. One of the worst places we've ever stayed and would have immediately left but were very tired from driving.JamesUnited States
