Breakfast was good. A little crowded but expected for a sold out hotel. I love the shower. The water was consistently hot the entire time. It was quiet which was exactly what I was looking for.

Arrived at the hotel and the front desk attendant was on the phone. She acknowledged me with a wave, but proceeded to continue the phone conversation. After 5 minutes, she got off the phone and checked me into my room. I was hit with the smell of mildew once I opened the door. I headed back down to the front desk and explained the situation. She apologized and gave me another room. The mildew smell was less apparent, but I still asked housekeeping for some air freshener. Later on in the evening, we discovered that the in room phone and TV did not work. After calling to the front desk on my mobile phone and speaking with the night attendant, I was put on hold. As I ventured down to the front desk, the night attendant isn’t on the phone at the front desk but can be heard talking in the back to a coworker. Keep in mind, I’m still on my cell phone at the front desk. Long story short, the night attendant was very rude and we asked to speak to the manager. The manager apologized. They were short staffed and handling many walk-in reservations. She asked how could she make things right, but at that point, it was late, we were tired and ready to go to bed. The manager was able to come to the room and resolve the tv issue. This wasn’t my first choice of hotel, but it was what was available for the holiday weekend. Another lesson learned, you
get what you pay for.

This hotel is kind of hard to get to from the main street, it sits weird. The bed was so comfy. They had the swishy pillow I like and it was clean. The staff was awesome. The toilet was very loud when you flushed it. It would wake you from a good sleep.
Very clean, cozy hotel that was so conveniently located to everything you could possibly need! Staff was so kind, from the front desk to Alfredo at breakfast every morning. We never thought we’d leave having truly made friends with the staff but Alfredo welcomed us like we were family. Wonderful place. Will definitely return.
The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so helpful and cheerful. The hot tub jets were actually clean, which is surprisingly hard to find in my experience. The room was large and had plenty of room. The daily housekeeping was great. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've slept on in a hotel.
Breakfast was perfect! Plenty of options. Hot and cold. Everything was stocked fully and the staff kept all food items and coffee available until exactly 930am. Hotel and room were clean. Staff was extremely pleasant upon arrival and during our entire stay. Would definitely return!
Very clean hotel with very nice staff.. rooms were spotless as my wife is always scared we picked a nasty place and she could not find anything bad upon initial inspection.. breakfast was great the next morning!
The king room with jacuzzi was a large room. The hotel is very convenient to the Boathouse at Sunday Park if you're attending a wedding/event.
Conveniently located to everything in this area.
Getting what you expect from a brand in the hotel world is often iffy. This hotel far exceeds the Sleep Hotel brand. They really should upgrade to Clarion or higher.
