The hotel is nice but average value for the high price.
The hotel is nice but average value for the high price. The only problem we had every time we stay there: the very shallow sink in the bathroom splashes and does not evacuate and the floor is probably mopped but not rinsed with clean water so it sticks to the shoes.

Staff was very accommodating. They offered beverages at check-in and I am not sure if that is all the time or because it was Valentine's day weekend. The room was elegant. When you walk in, the fragrance is so inviting and warm. The deluxe king is a very nice size. The bathroom had everything you needed. The robes were a nice touch and the shoes were nice but are not made for wide feet. Very restful night.

She had the emotional intellgience of a hot headed teenager and actually slammed her hand down, was sarcastic, and rude when my wife asked to see the paper copy of the room charges.
