That it was extremely peaceful and quiet considering the close proximity to the airport and motorway. The kindness of the lady when I apologised for the amount of hair my dog had shed all over the carpet that she had to hoover! Whilst our stay had nothing to do with East Midlands Airport this hotel is wonderfully positioned for a night’s stay before or after travel. Peaceful and tranquil with pleasant outdoor terrace it was easy to just sit back and relax. The hotel is charming,clean and comfortable. Food choices were reasonable and the quality good.
