Chateau de Monrecour is located in Périgord Noir region, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley. It offers two heated swimming pools, a large south-facing terrace and a gourmet-style restaurant. Amazing place, absolutely fenomenal staff who offered golden advice about things to do and see (or not bother seeing). Beauriful surroundings, easy access to most beatiful towns in France, wonderful restaurant. Wish we coukd stay longer!

Le Château Olive et Raisin er gististaður í Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, 24 km frá Parc des Expositions Avignon og 33 km frá aðallestarstöðinni í Avignon. Þaðan er útsýni yfir borgina. Beautifully appointed modern apartment, spacious and comfortable. Wonderful views onto the river and terraces. Autonomous entry was east. Restaurant downstairs was high standard with charming staff, we ate there three nights. Highly recommended.

La Masia Del Taulat Chambres d'Hôtes er staðsett í Llo, 7,9 km frá safninu Museo Municipal de Llquí Llivia og 13 km frá Bolquère Pyrénées. Everything was perfect, the hosts Toni and Miguel are super nice , and the place is fabulous!

Château d'Arance er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Cette-Eygun. Þetta 3 stjörnu hótel er með bar og loftkæld herbergi með sérbaðherbergi. Stunning location, staff very friendly and helpful. Food fantastic. Will definitely come again!

Château Laffitte Carcasset í Saint-Estèphe býður upp á garðútsýni, gistirými, útisundlaug, ókeypis reiðhjól, garð og sameiginlega setustofu. Gististaðurinn er með lyftu og sólarverönd. Very nice staff, great hospitality, very clean facilities, would definitely come here again!

Château Fleur D'Aya er nýlega enduruppgert gistiheimili í Artigues-près-Bordeaux, í sögulegri byggingu, 8,9 km frá Chaban Delmas-brúnni. Það er með verönd og sameiginlegri setustofu. We absolutely LOVED staying at Chteau Fleur D'Aya! We were immediately made to fee super welcome and in fact on our first night we chose to sit and eat our dinner (bought from a local supermarket) with Henri and loved listening to his stories about the amazing restoration he implemented at the Chateaux. The Chateaux is a fabulous mix of historical beauty and modern interior design - it has been renovated in a stunningly sensitive and clever way and we loved staying somewhere so different! The beds were super comfortable and the shower and bath etc were wonderful. We actually did not find the time to get a swim in as we at two Rugby World Cup matches to attend but it looked wonderful and the hosts were super relaxed about us using it at any time. We are hoping to make a return sometime in the future when we have more time to enjoy the Chateau and Bordeaux and it's surroundings.

Le Château de Roquebère er gististaður í Condom, 40 km frá Agen-sýningarmiðstöðinni og 41 km frá Stade Armandie. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. Lovely peaceful location. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Château Bonalgue - Pomerol er gistiheimili sem er staðsett í sögulegri byggingu í Libourne, 32 km frá Chaban Delmas-brúnni og státar af garði og garðútsýni. An ideal location and the breakfast was always delicious!

Hið nýuppgerða Château Saint-Pierre de Mejans er til húsa í sögulegri byggingu og býður upp á gistirými með sundlaug með útsýni og ókeypis WiFi. Unforgettable!!! The best stay in Provence by far. From our lovely host Wendy to the beautifully restored property and scrumptious breakfast! We loved this place! So sad it was only an overnight stay and couldn’t enjoy the property and all it had to offer. Thank you Wendy for being so accomodating, for the tour of the property and attention to detail. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and luxurious. We’ll be back in warmer months so we can enjoy the beautiful pool and sample your local wines too. Cheers from Australia.
