We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The property is stunning and we especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking nearby churches and rooftops. The reception staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied too, especially the pastries section. Location is also unbeatable in the very heart of the city, just round the corner from the main plaza.

We loved Sucre.
We loved Sucre. It retains an excellently restored and preserved Spanish colonial town center with its churches and monasteries. Everything within walking distance (at least for us); we never required car transport. The museum of the liberation period, the Casa de la Liberdade, was very interesting. The cathedral is magnificent and well maintained. English tours existed in all the museums we visited but there were very few time slots available so we made do with our reasonable Spanish skills.

This is perhaps the fifth time that I have visited Sucre with my partner. This time was for family reasons and not tourism. However, as always, Sucre - The White City - does not disappoint. We managed to go and see the indigenous show 'Origins' and combine the experience with dinner. This 'ethnic' history of Sucre was most enjoyable and I can thoroughly recommend it to all ages.

Sucre is capital of Bolivia but suddenly is very calm place.
Sucre is capital of Bolivia but suddenly is very calm place.
People are nice and streets (except market area) are not crowded.
City is quite small and centre has perfect construction. Need 10 minutes by walking to reach all interesting places.
But most important is the history of that place...
Worth to visit!

We were in Sucre for 4 days, it was lovely to have enough time to stop and watch the markets and see the town in its routine. Recommend hoping on a local bus for its route to see some of the back streets and hop off when something takes your fancy. Buses and Taxi's everywhere so you're never lost. Wonderful to see Indigenous tribes living here in Sucre, and their wonderful clothes and colours.
Recommend taking the bus out "of town" to Mercado Campesino for a another view into the day to day of Sucre.

The Museums are very beautiful and will and interesting history each one, I need more time to looked all. My time was very short.
The weather also was very nice as spring time, very clean nice architectonic colonial houses.
The front desk and restaurant staff are friendly. The food in the restaurant is pretty good, though costs more than restaurants on the street. The breakfast had lots of different kinds of fruit and options, but it's continental, so no meat. I stayed in a private room in the back of the garden on a Monday and Tuesday night and had no issues with noise or music. Laundry was quick and clean.

Perfect stay. Rooms are hotel niveau, beds really comfy, shower is amazing. The kitchen is good, the little terrasse outside is so nice with all the flowers. It's quiet and close to the center. The landlady really cares for her guests, she also helped us get a cab and was open for any questions.
We came from Uyuni, this was our luxury paradise, but the price is totally fair.
The room was spacious, very clean and well decorated. The breakfast was fantastic, with egg & french toast or waffle options, fresh fruit, coffee options, and some local options as well (api morado). Not to mention the super charming house, clean and comfy rooms, really good breakfast… - it’s the staff that makes this hotel a 5-star experience. I had many troubles to organize my trip and Raul and his colleagues in the end managed to find the best option for me (and that’s definitely not their job to do). Thanks a lot to the team of Su Merced.
luxury hotel in a historical building. amazing view from the roof and from the bar, top floor. the rooms are cozy and quiet. At the reception they speak Namanshdi. located in the very center. highly recommend if you are looking for the beauty and quality of a colonial atmosphere. I highly recommend it, we will definitely come back.
The staff on location is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is very kind and helpful in every way.
The location is great - very central and still quiet at night.
The breakfast was very good. All in all, it's a really awesome place to stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Sucre for a few days.
Probably the best value accommodation of our 8 month trip across numerous countries. Clean, spacious and very artfully decorated. It is also located in arguably the prettiest neighbourhood in Sucre. It's a short walk up the hill from the city centre and really isn't very bad at all.
Breakfast was very good, juice, yogurt, cereal, eggs , toast , coffee & Tea were served individually , the location of the property is more than excellent within 2 blocks of main square plenty activities , restaurants and things to. do.
The hotel is beautiful, tranquil, and in a great location. The beds are very comfortable, the staff lovely, and the breakfast delicious. The rooftop view is spectacular. Wifi is also fairly reliable and fast.
The house is located very close to the central part of Sucre, and has a supermarket walkable from the house. The owner is super nice and flexible as well. The internet was very strong throughout the house.
Great location, very close to central Sucre! One of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in! Could check in early morning which was fab after a long travel day! Very quiet location.
The hotel is very well located for most of the attractions that the old part of Sucre city has. The photographs of the property on the Booking site have been brightened.
it os for sure the best hotel of the city, everything is so beautiful and well crafted, the interior design is perfect and the people are very kind and friendly.
The location and the style of the hotel were the things we liked the most. The staff was very friendly, throughout our whole stay, and even when we checked out.
