The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, spacious, and the furnishings in the bedrooms and restaurant/bar areas were smart and stylish. It was very quiet at night, and we got a great night’s sleep. The food was exceptional, and very good value for money. I think I had a whole packet of smoked salmon with my scrambled egg at breakfast 🤣 We had moved from another hotel as it was disgustingly dirty, and did not have a lot of time to look for another accommodation. However, The Queens Head did not disappoint. It was a great find, and we will definitely be going back when we are in that area again. I would highly recommend this place for food and accommodation.

Staff were very friendly and pleasant. It was very clean. The room was very quiet, no disturbance from the airport. The wifi was ok, but we could not cast to the tv, as it said we should be able to.

We skipped breakfast as we were too tired with arriving at about 2.45 am. The room was lovely & clean, the bed was so comfy. The guy on reception was really helpful & polite & explained about paying for parking. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Location to my son in Shepshed was great. Breakfast wad plentiful although a little 'tired' at the end of session. A 'to- go' coffee would be ideal aspart of a quick breakfast. Thatsaid buffet style was easy and lots to choose. A veggie sausage would be nice for us veggies.
