Glad there was breakfast but by the time I got up to the bagels, English muffins, the bagels were gone and they did not replenish them the rest of my stay. Could offer peanut butter also in little packs

Loved the authentic look of the hotel, little touches like the quilts on the bed, the rocking chairs on the veranda and entrance. Loved the swimming pool too

I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping. Close to Maryland & Wash DC. Only complaint w/b need better Fast Food meals. (I do not like bready/ nor greasy food, but there are plenty of decent Restaurants to go to and not too expensive, either.) So...overall, definitely recommend Lancaster.

Lancaster is a great area.
Lancaster is a great area. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything and the highway. The view isn't that great as it's right on the road (Route 30), but I didn't mind. The shades were private and the air conditioning provided just the right amount of white noise to sleep. The rooms on the other sides are probably more quiet. They also have a quiet policy from 10 pm to 8 am, which suits me just fine. There was even a pool room and a little gym. The complimentary coffee all day was a nice bonus, which also included a choice of still or sparkling water! The beds and pillows are super comfy. The area is quite built up yet still has that local charm unique to Lancaster.

There is always so much to do in Lancaster.
There is always so much to do in Lancaster. During this time we always go for the shows and the shopping. The AMT Music show is always wonderful, the shows at Sight and Sound are so moving. There are so many great places to eat, and of course you have the outlets, and an all open Park City Mall.
We have been coming here for 18 years during Christmas, and of course every year we have to eat at Miller's Smorgasbord. An unbelievable eating experience.
The hotel is unique and well-curated with local art. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice touches such as use of umbrellas (it was pouring during our stay), water, roses, and chocolate in the room. Parking is easy and free. The restaurant is amazing! (John Jeffries - all farm to table food). Nice touch with breakfast consisting of muffins, breads, yogurts, fresh fruit, pancake maker, lots of fruit juice options, and coffee/tea station. Hotel is walkable to many breweries, market place, shops, restaurants etc.
The rooms were great. The breakfast was my only disappointment. I bring a group to Lancaster every year to see the Sight and Sound production, except for last year. Two years ago we stayed at this Comfort Suites hotel. We loved the rooms and thought the hot breakfasts were great. The continental breakfast this year was poor, even for a continental breakfast. I know COVID has forced some changes, but other hotels have already gone back to full hot breakfasts. I hope this hotel will also before next summer.
The Comfort Inn at Rockvale had everything that we were looking for. The staff was personable, the room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Our room was not very fancy, but the air conditioning worked wonderfully and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I did not want to get up. This is the first motel out of many that was pure sleeping heaven. We have stayed in lots of hotels in Lancaster and this one was our favorite. We will be back again.
Location, Very nice surroundings in Lancaster. Very modern and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly Staff and received a text after checking in from the General Manager checking in to see if I needed anything and if I did I could reach out to him, pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a really nice hotel to stay at
The atmosphere is the best! The rooms are so cute and it looks like they upgraded the bathrooms. Everything is close by! We could walk to Dutch Wonderland and the outlets. Lots of places to eat nearby too. Our family favorite is putting the kids to bed and having the adults hang out in the lobby with the fireplace and comfy chairs.
Great location. We spent the morning Christmas shopping in the Lancaster Central Market and had a short drive to the hotel. In the evening we walked to the Iron Hill Restaurant. The city of Lancaster (and especially the Arts Hotel) was decked out in beautiful Christmas lights which made the walk even more enjoyable.
We have been traveling for two weeks, almost every day in a different hotel. This is the only one we’re I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was perfect. Got an upgrade (always good 😁). Independent of this very nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great location, nice breakfast!
The hotel was extremely clean, the room and bathroom pristine. The staff that I encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. The included breakfast had several good options. The general atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely stay there again.
I liked the kitchen & appliances, spaciousness of hotel room, bathroom (although a little small), large rolling table for food and activities, office chair, king bed with let out sofa, lots of table & shelf space for activities & temporary storage.
I have been bringing my group to Lancaster for over 10 years. I was delighted to find this fresh new look in Lancaster, PA! Nice new hotel, clean, comfortable and wonderful staffs.
Great value for money.
I love the amenities there and location. My kids love the splash pad, pool, night outdoor movies and game room. Lancaster is such a cute town and we love dutch wonderland.
It was a great place to be and a good location and there is a great pub opposite it that does good food if you didn't want to eat in the hotel every night
I loved everything about the hotel. The kids had they own tv and I had mines . Which was the best part it was no arguing about who wanted to watch what.
