A great hotel that you will want to come back to again. Special thanks to Dilshot because he is a very professional and courteous receptionist, very friendly and helpful. He told us many things about the city, offered umbrellas in case of rain and also brought us a pot of strawberry tea. I wish every guest to check in to this hotel with Dilshot. Hotel robes were offered and extra water was given. Rooms were cleaned every day. There is a cool cafe at the hotel, with good prices and delicious food. When we said we were staying at their hotel we were given the delicious cookies as a compliment.

Samarkand is a city rich with history, where every site has a story. The main attractions like Registan Square are stunning, and the local food is delicious. People here are very friendly and welcoming. I also found the city to be very safe. It's a great place that feels both ancient and welcoming.

Registan square is quite beautiful and a must visit place in Uzbekistan. In terms of food, there are very less options for Vegetarian food but have 2-3 good Indian restaurant where one can find some good Indian Veg food. Cabs are also very cheap here to roam around the city.

There are a lot to see in Samarkand given the fact that it's one of the most important cities in the silk road history. Don't miss the light show in the Registan Square. I didn't expect there are so many tress in the city given the fact that it's a landlock country here. Flowers blossom everywhere in spring. I am fascinated by the food here.
Our stay at Boulevard Palace in Samarkand from December 18 to 20 was exceptional, earning a 9/10. The hotel boasted impeccable service, cleanliness, and proficient staff. Notably, it stood out for its opulent palace-style amenities: striking chandeliers, a large smart TV, heighted celings, bright spacious room, big sized wardrobes & sofa, and a bathtub. It is also in a prime location in the city. These luxurious features added an unforgettable touch to our stay, making it truly remarkable. My daughter loved the Smart TV :)
The location couldn’t have been better! The view from the room and the roof terrace over The Registan was stunning: it’s probably the best located hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff at the hotel were so friendly: they knew everything about the major tourist sites of Samarkand but also pointed out some brilliant things that were a bit off the beaten track - and were excellent at arranging taxis etc. The room was super comfortable and breakfast was the best I had in Uzbekistan. I really can’t recommend Hotel Minor enough.
A superb quiet location while only a few minutes walk from Registan Square. Excellent welcome and brilliant breakfast. Really cosy beds and massive room. Really impressive and great for families.
Went on a 4hr walking tour through the hotel and enjoyed it very much. We certainly got a lot in and it was good to learn more about local views on their own country and abroad. Uzbekistan is going to become a mainstream tourist option soon - book now while it's still quiet.
The stay is very close to the city's popular Registan square. The owners were communicating in English well. Aunty prepared very fresh and hot food for everyone at the stay. They have a shared bathroom, they will provide you with a towel, a shampoo and a soap along with a mini toothpaste and a brush. The rooms were very well decorated. It was mix of both uzbeki and somehow Russian architect. 🇺🇿🇮🇳 long live India Uzbekistan relationship. Jimmy Jimmy 💕
This is our second stay during our trip to Uzbekistan, we got the feeling we are going back to our home. This simplifies our experience.
They are very kind family, trying to assist and make your stay memorable.
The breakfast was very good, especially the national one, location is 5-10-15 walking minutes to all must to see attractions.
Room and facilities are very clean and in good condition.
The owner Shukhat is an exceptional host. He allowed me an early check-in at 9am as I had taken the early train from Bukhara. This allowed me to rest and freshen up and still have a good half day ahead for my Samarkand leg. Also he pointed me to the best plov in town and even drove me there just in case it ran out (it was known to be sold out by 1230pm!) lovely stay in this cosy hotel.
All major Samarkand attractions (Registan, Bibi Khanym, Shah-i-zinda, etc.) are walking distance from the hotel. Great breakfast with lots of options. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. The street is closed for cars and general traffic, so it was peaceful. One of the best pillows I've ever seen anywhere!! I almost bought one from them, but too bad I couldn't pack it in my luggage.
I spent in total 10 days in Uzbekistan in 5 different hotels. This one was by far the best. In an interesting historical builing, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, the staff speaks english very well and help where they can.
Excellent breakfast and free coffee and fruits in the afternoon.
In walking distance to Registan.
My first Visit to Uzbekistan, in fact i was a bit scary about the people behavior, but i found my self wrong, when firstly i delt with hotel medina staff and their response towards our facilitation. really, i will recommend to stay at Medina hotel. its quite cheaper, well facilitated, cooperative and smiling staff.
I think this is one if the best hotels not in Samarkand but in all Uzbekistan 🇺🇿. The staff is so welcoming and helpful even helped us booking a train to Tashkent , Managing airport transfer to hotel and finally they hosted a new year party for all the guests . Love the vibe and love their energy and attitude .
Most wonderful oasis of calm, beauty and marvellous food in Samarkand. We’d probably go as far as to say this was one of the highlights of our whole trip - and those dinners some of the best food in Uzbekistan! Aziza and her team are just the best, we can’t recommend this place highly enough
The host is super friendly and humble. I felt like it is my home. Stayed there for 3 days. Kitchen is clean and well equipped.Beds are comfortable. 5 min walking distance from Registan square. Shops are nearby. I stayed in Uzbekistan for 9 days but among all hostels this one is the best.
The hotel and the room were clean. Bathroom and room looked recently renovated. Everything was quite simple, with the minimum things you need for a comfortable stay, but no cozy. For the value I expected more comparing with the prices paid in other hotels in Uzbekistan.
This small hotel is within short walking distance from Amir Temur Mausoleum. The family run the place has big rooms with excellent and 100% working facilities. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good. Next time in Samarkand, this will be my first choice.
The atmosphere in the hotel. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We always got tea and snacks when we came back from sightseeing. Breakfast was very good.
It was our favourite accomodation during our 10 day Uzbekistan journey!
Excellent location, right next to Registon. The hotel is run by a lovely family. Breakfasts in the courtyard were a wonderful way to start our days in Samarkand. The owner, Farhod is a great source of information and local history.
