Superb service. The staff at reception went above and beyond for us. We had a sick 11 month old. The reception guys helped set up a medical appointment, order medical supplies online (humidifier) and ordered us food online. These guys were helping us daily, even lifting our stroller as we went out/in 3-4 times a day! Anything we needed they were there for us. They became family. We were meant to stay a few days, but ended up staying two weeks due to U.S. visa stuff and the sick baby. So much respect for them!! And the house cleaners/maids made our room sparkle everyday. They kept the sheets clean, room tidy, and fresh towels daily! Thank you ladies. My family is grateful. Staff was amazing, location was close to all, and Baku is a safe and clean city for families. ❤️

Clean, cozy hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The breakfasts were exceptional. The view from the restaurant is amazing. When I fell ill, the whole team took care of me and I was able to explore the city again just in 24 hours. Special thanks to Aygun! If I come back to Baku, I’ll stay there again.

Bakü'nün Sebail bölgesinde iyi bir konumda yer alan Sazeli Boutique Hotel, Şirvanşahlar Sarayı'na 300 metre, Kız Kulesi'ne 400 metre ve Azadlık Meydanı'na 1,9 km uzaklıktadır. Its a nice little place right in the old city. Was clean and beautiful. Accomodated by providing an alternative to early checkin by providing us a temp bed for a few hours, since we caught a redeye flight and were super tired.

Everything is perfect during our 2 nights stay , the suite with terrace is very spacious and well designed. Room is comfortable and staff are very professional and friendly! The restaurant inside the hotel is also a must go, food are delicious and price is reasonable. A shout out to Nikolai who served us when we visited the first time. All the staff makes us feel welcoming at all time. Will definitely come back again!

The location of the hotel is just awesome: all the places of interest in the Old City are just 5-10 mins by foot, there are several good restaurants nearby, it's easy to get out to the most crowded streets with the bustling night life, but you still stay in the quiet place. The room is simple but cozy, everything necessary is here, rooms are clean and well maintained. Btw, it was warm in the room in Feb. Cleaning was done every day. What should be mentioned in bold is the exceptionally polite and helpful personnel of the hotel. If you plan to stay in Baku - I strongly advise this hotel.

I was in Baku for a short vacation with my mom and her convenience was of utmost importance to me. I honestly couldn't have picked up a better stay than this hotel. Perfect location in the heart of old town, close to Nizami street, breathtaking views from the terrace during breakfast time, beautiful rooms with huge bathrooms and the best and most helpful staff ever! Big shoutout to Ilkin and Ilya for helping me with early breakfast requests, booking taxis, airport shuttles and just being so warm and kind, always! I can't wait to stay again at this beautiful boutique property. highly highly recommend.
