Already the entrance was a WOW-effect. The parking was great and definitely worth to take it. The room was another WOW-effect. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. Ms Cannuyer made us feel at home and the surpise for my sister's birthday was a hit. She was thrilled and I couldn't have been happier. I liked the breakfast, humus and avocado, eggs, 4 juices, delicious! A beautiful patio to eat outside. And the art and the interior design was a plus of this hotel!

The breakfast, which was served in a light and airy room overlooking a garden, provided a broad range of choices. During our stay, the two front desk clerks were very helpful. When we checked in, the front desk clerk recommended a local restaurant that we tried and loved. On our departure, the front desk clerk provided directions to our cruise ship and arranged a taxi to take us to the ship. Overall, our stay was smooth and relaxing. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Rubens again.
