I was offered a better room for half my stay for the same price by a receptionist named Brian because housekeeping didn't clean our room properly.

The appartment was great, way better than you would expect from the outside. Spacious and it had everything we needed. Clean towels where provided and a good shower. We stayed with 4 kids. We went during winter so we did not use it but it has a big balcony as well.
