The hotel does a great job at being very elegant and sophisticated but doesn’t feel stuffy and has a great atmosphere. If you’re coming to Rio, I wouldn’t have any second thoughts about staying here. I’ve been to Emiliano, Sheraton and Hyatt in Rio and they don’t even come close!

Location is great, rooms are large and clean, breakfast is great and best part of this hotel is staff. They are so friendly and halpfull. They know english well ( knowlidge of language is problem in Rio), helped us in any qustion or problem we had, they are super attentive and thoughtful. There is little pool on the rooftop with great wieve and bar. We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again.

Ibis Budget RJ Copacabana is situated in Rio de Janeiro, 350 metres from Copacabana beach. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Location is amazing. Copacabana is the safest area for the tourists and this hotel is in the middle of an amazing streets of Copacabana area. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Price is alright. We had breakfast on our last day and it was really good for its price. We wish we had breakfast in the hotel from the beginning, rather than any of the places nearby. Reception was good. The receptionists who checked us in ( unfortunately cannot remember this beautiful lady’s name, apologises) was really amazing. She was very nice and hospitable. Room is clean. It seemed strange at first that their sink, bathroom and toilet are in different places. But we got used to it. Price and performance is always good in ibis hotels. Thank you for all.
