The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there if we are ever visit Santiago again.
