Hotel Magnolia Santiago is a world-class hotel located just steps away from the trendy Lastarria neighborhood in downtown Santiago. The entire staff was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wine tasting event was also very good.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I’m don’t speak Spanish but , several staff spoke enough English so,that we could communicate. The breakfast was very nice and came with many choices…even scrambled eggs could be ordered. As a woman traveling alone, I felt quite safe. The staff volunteered to help with my luggage which I greatly appreciated. They offered to do many thoughtful things,,,,,e.g. while I waited outside for my Uber, a staff brought me coffee. I definitely recommend Hotel Pasko and would stay here again. My travel agent booked this hotel for me and I had a good nightly rate.

Well situated in the heart of Santiago, Hotel Sommelier Boutique features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Great boutique hotel with a restaurant / bar on the terrace. Location is ideal for exploring the centre of Santiago - Plaza de Armas is a short walk. It's also close to several main attractions and the Lastarria and Bellavista neighbourhoods are nearby (these are great for eating, drinking and shopping). What really makes this hotel stand out, however, are the wonderful staff. The receptionist were incredibly helpful, the breakfast staff were lovely, as were the staff who cleaned the rooms. The rooftop restaurant is a real bonus serving excellent food - and again the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We stayed 2 weeks (some business but mainly pleasure) and were genuinely sad to leave. The perfect place to explore Santiago.

This is my fourth visit here. I think that says everything. The staff remember me although I only visit every other year. This time the lovely receptionist started to tell me about the hotel then stopped and said with a smile "you know how it works, you're like family"
