Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

Great stay at this hotel. the staff, Mely, has been super helpful. We chat with her a lot and she answered all of our questions, provided good suggestions of places to eat, etc. She doesn't speak English but all is well since Google Translate helps everything in our communication. The Vitoria is a true gem. The charming decor shown in photos was everywhere, in the rooms, the stairways, and the hallways. Hotel front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Location was perfect, easy walking to major sights and steps away from the Bellas Artes metro station. I could not have had a nicer stay. Thank you!

This is my fourth visit here. I think that says everything. The staff remember me although I only visit every other year. This time the lovely receptionist started to tell me about the hotel then stopped and said with a smile "you know how it works, you're like family"

Just 100 metres from Santa Lucia Hill, Lucia Agustina Hotel Boutique is conveniently located in the city centre of Santiago. The hotel was located in a great part of the city, with many restaurants and sites nearby. Yet, the street was also very quiet, so we slept well. The rooms and the property were simple, all of the essentials were provided and the place was very clean, which is all that we wanted. While we only met one member of staff, his service was exceptional; he was very kind and attentive, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in, explaining everything in Spanish and English (as the person with whom I was staying with didn’t speak Spanish). He also booked our transfer to the airport (which he found at a very good price), gave us information about the area and Santiago as a whole and gave us drinking glasses for the room when we asked. The hotel overall greatly served our needs for our night there, and because of the cleanliness of the place and the exceptional service from the staff, I would absolutely recommend staying here.
