Very comfortable, big, quiet and clean rooms. Great location, near to metro station. There is a supermarket and pharmacy just under the hotel. The hotel stuff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not new or anyhow stylish but was simple and tidy. As we needed the room for sleep and refreshment only it was more than perfect to stay. I do work at the hotel myself, so naturally i was able to see any flaw ;) but its was all compensated by extremely kind and pleasant staff and atmosphere.

Offering inner courtyard views, S74 is an accommodation situated in Berlin, 6.1 km from Zoologischer Garten underground station and 6.5 km from Messe Berlin. Code was sent before arrival. Everything was clean and the apartment is very spacious. The shower is warm and the kitchen had all utensils. Public transportation is super easy, and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Nag-aalok ng hardin, ang Apartement in Stadtvilla ay matatagpuan sa Berlin, 6 km mula sa Theater and Comedy sa Kurfuerstendamm. 6 km ang layo ng Kurfürstendamm. We had a wonderful time at Stadtvilla. The house was big and warm (underfloor heating feels so luxurious!), the kitchen well stocked with equipment, and the surroundings peaceful and quiet. A great find in Berlin. We only met the host once and found him incredibly nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for longer stays in the city.

This bright, spacious apartment is located 200 metres from the S-Bahn Station Feuerbachstrasse and 400 metres from Schlossstrasse shopping street. It comes with a balcony with views of the street. It was clean and owner was really supportive!! Was able to arrange a person to handover they keys and process was easy also very friendly!!

Situated in Berlin, 4.6 km from Kurfürstendamm, glorious cloud apartment features accommodation with water sports facilities, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a shared kitchen. Key box was fine but I couldn't see, on the information, anywhere to point us to which apartment it was? Maybe I missed it but we all checked and couldn't find the apartment number or directions. Luckily it was the first one I tried. First on the left as you go in on the ground floor for any other travellers! :-)
