The location terrific with the tram just in the front street, very close to U-Bahns and a lot of cafes supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. The lobby staff performed very professionally with the check-in handled promptly and smoothly. They were always very polite, helpful and comforting to meet every morning. The lovely cleaning ladies organized needs with smiling positive vibes. Since I had a considerably long stay of 14 nights it was like my own home in Munich making me feel safe and secure. Its elegant rooms feature traditional wooden furniture and free WiFi access.... I enjoyed the stay very much. The staff are very nice and free coffee is provided in the lobby. I love the system that you can get a voucher of 10 euro if you choose not to clean your room. I got four vouchers and exchange them for two breakfasts.
