My room facing the courtyard was extremely clean, peaceful and cozy. Everything in the room was just like in the photos on the website and more. The design was chic and functional with clean lines. Room had a small balcony to have fresh air all through the day and very efficient heating system if needed. The location terrific with the tram just in the front street, very close to U-Bahns and a lot of cafes supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. The lobby staff performed very professionally with the check-in handled promptly and smoothly. They were always very polite, helpful and comforting to meet every morning. The lovely cleaning ladies organized needs with smiling positive vibes. Since I had a considerably long stay of 14 nights it was like my own home in Munich making me feel safe and secure. Its elegant rooms feature traditional wooden furniture and free WiFi access.... I enjoyed the stay very much. The staff are very nice and free coffee is provided in the lobby. I love the system that you can get a voucher of 10 euro if you choose not to clean your room. I got four vouchers and exchange them for two breakfasts.

En vattenkokare på rummet hade varit bra men det är ändå en anmärkning i marginalen. Trevlig och bra personal och det gäller alla från städpersonalen till personalen i matsalen och receptionen. Aldrig några sura miner och inget krångel Restaurangen har mycket bra mat. I närheten finns en annan tysk restaurang som har mycket bra mat. Hotellets läge är perfekt med bara ett par steg till S-bahn och tunnelbana. Hållplats för flygbussen ligger intill hotellet och den går var 20:e minut.
