Staff was exceptional allowing me to use their photo call airline and cruise line about a flight issue I was having. Hotel was absolutely stellar in accommodations and beautiful. Safe neighbourhood with grocery stores close by. Very clean, well equipped with new kitchenware, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, good toilet paper. Bed was slightly too soft for my liking. Good wifi. Easy access to the building with code and to the room with your phone - make sure you have battery in the phone. Instax camera that you can borrow, one roll of film included, some coffee and tea and welcoming chocolate (though I would prefer Bulows liquorice instead)
