La neteja, l'estat dels equipaments del pis i la decoració són molt bons. Hi ha climatització per a totes les èpoques de l'any i la cuina està completament equipada i molt ben assortida (no és habitual en els pisos turístics). La localització és prou cèntrica.

Everything! The host was the best I've ever had, and oh, have I traveled a lot! Location was superb! Next to supermarket and restaurants and short walk to the main attractions in Palma. The apartement itself exceeded all the expectations, I would 100% go back if I ever visited Palma again. Roof top terrace was huge, the living are and kitchen were so comfy (so were the bedrooms!) and I also had a sneak peak to the apartement downstairs - also rather perfect, just without the terrace :D It was worth every penny!
