I absolutely loved this hotel! It was my first time in Nice to attend a concert nearby and I enjoyed so much, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is beyond kind and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Clean and nice decorated apartment with big terrace and very comfortable king size bed. Apartment is close to the public transport and the beach. Supermarket located in the same building. Ewerything was perfect!

Nice'te, Plage de la Lanterne'ye ve Plage du Carras'a sadece 500 metre mesafede yer alan Villa Niçoise.3P. 5 min de la plage balkonludur. Wonderful place, very comfortable and extremely clean apartment with everything necessary for a long stay with the whole family. The apartment is very near to tram and bus lines, only 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the historic hearth of the city. The area is quiet and safe. There is a small garden behind the villa so you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on a sunny balcony with garden view and lemon fragrance. The main bedroom and living room are very spacious, the second room is smaler but with comfortable double bed. There are many storage spaces in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary stuff. Supermarket, small shops and restaurants are just cross the street. Olga is very helpful host and we enjoy perfect vacation! Thank you, Olga! Strongly recommend and hope we will be back soon!

Very good location, near the beach and also the tram station is next to the apartment. Very clean and friendly owner.

Teraslı ve klimalı bir konaklama birimi sunan Appartement neuf 4-6 personnes en bord de Mer, Nice'te yer almaktadır. The apartment is well located to the airport and St. Augustine station from where you can take a train to Cannes, Monaco, etc. Well equipped, 2 bathrooms, towels, fridge, stove, iron, microwave etc but not well insulated and you can hear noise from the street as well as planes landing/taking off but generally after 11pm the traffic slows down and can sleep. The host and his wife are very kind. I recommend this apartment and would stay there again on my next trip.
