يقع فندق Villa Les Cygnes في مدينة نيس، على بُعد 20 مترًا فقط من متحف الفنون الجميلة وعلى بُعد 500 متر من الشاطئ. Needed a place where we could work comfortably for a couple days and then explore Nice for a few days. This hotel was a great option. Evocative historic maison, but had all the necessary modern amenities - comfortable bed, fast wifi, plus a nice little balcony area to catch the afternoon sun. It's a quick walk to the promenade and maybe 10-15 minutes to Le Negresco - anything in the city is walkable from here. Nicholas was a thoughtful and attentive host.

Very new and clean room in a central location in front of the tram that is going to the airport. 2 minutes walk to the sea. We were also able to see the see from our window.

Situated within 100 metres of Plage Magnan and 300 metres of Plage Poincare, Yelo Promenade powered by Sonder features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Nice. Great location , clean and nice apartment , close to promanade . Easy check in , lockers to leave your luggage if you need. Everything was fine:)

I highly recommend Hotel Flots d'Azur for anyone visiting Nice. We stayed at Hotel Flots d'Azur for 4 nights. This is a lovely small family hotel right at the beachfront. The location is unbeatable. We got a triple room with two big windows facing the sea and the view is incredible. We can enjoy the sun and beach on the bed! The room was spacious. The hotel owner Joseph has been a professional hotel manager in Paris, and he and his family managed to keep the service standard for this hotel high. Joseph is so charming and considerate. We can really talk to him and get along with him very well. Joseph really made our stay a memorable experience and I am sure we will come back.

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. The hotel is lovely and so close to the beach. Set back from the promenade it is quaint, quiet and charming. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. We especially appreciated the in room air conditioning unit!

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

The place was impeccably clean, perfectly matched the pictures, and the host was incredibly kind, generous and always available to help! Both beds were super comfy, all necessary kitchen and bath essentials were included, and the building itself was secure and safe. The location was extraordinary and the views can’t compare to anything we’ve ever experienced before! The only downside was having to leave. Highly recommend for your visit to Nice.

Fabulous location, right on the front and a pleasant walk into the city or the tram right outside. The apartment has everything we required, including a cot and plastic plates etc for our little boy. Very quiet considering the location and next to a hospital. The owner was lovely and even allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out so we didn't have to drag it round. A wonderful stay in a beautiful part of France.
