Hotel Villa Les Cygnes se nachází v Nice, pouhých 20 metrů od Musée des Beaux Arts a 500 metrů od pláže. Needed a place where we could work comfortably for a couple days and then explore Nice for a few days. This hotel was a great option. Evocative historic maison, but had all the necessary modern amenities - comfortable bed, fast wifi, plus a nice little balcony area to catch the afternoon sun. It's a quick walk to the promenade and maybe 10-15 minutes to Le Negresco - anything in the city is walkable from here. Nicholas was a thoughtful and attentive host.

Very well located, room freshly renovated and comfy. Staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Everyone was friendly and happy to provide info and tips about the city. Breakfast was amazing and ideal to charge you up good for the day, even the ladies in the kitchen were super friendly. Overall it was pretty impress for the price and we’ll be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.
