Hotel Villa Les Cygnes is located in Nice, just 20 metres from the Musée des Beaux Arts and 500 metres from the beach. Needed a place where we could work comfortably for a couple days and then explore Nice for a few days. This hotel was a great option. Evocative historic maison, but had all the necessary modern amenities - comfortable bed, fast wifi, plus a nice little balcony area to catch the afternoon sun. It's a quick walk to the promenade and maybe 10-15 minutes to Le Negresco - anything in the city is walkable from here. Nicholas was a thoughtful and attentive host.

Located 100 metres from the beach and 80 metres from Promenade des Anglais, ibis budget Nice Californie Lenval offers a 24-hour reception and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. The hotel was only a block from the beach and the promenade. The hotel was easy to get to from the train station on the tram (tram stop really close to the hotel) and the tram made sightseeing easy. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and was clean.

Just 80 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, Locarno is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Nice’s historic quarter. It offers 24-hour reception with free WiFi available throughout. Everything was perfect, would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Situated within 100 metres of Plage Magnan and 300 metres of Plage Poincare, Yelo Promenade powered by Sonder features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Nice. The location was excellent. Near Magnan tram station and the staff was always kind and accommodating!

Set directly on the Promenade des Anglais, opposite the beach, this hotel was renovated in 2015 and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. I highly recommend Hotel Flots d'Azur for anyone visiting Nice. We stayed at Hotel Flots d'Azur for 4 nights. This is a lovely small family hotel right at the beachfront. The location is unbeatable. We got a triple room with two big windows facing the sea and the view is incredible. We can enjoy the sun and beach on the bed! The room was spacious. The hotel owner Joseph has been a professional hotel manager in Paris, and he and his family managed to keep the service standard for this hotel high. Joseph is so charming and considerate. We can really talk to him and get along with him very well. Joseph really made our stay a memorable experience and I am sure we will come back.

Located only 300 metres from the famous Promenade des Anglais and 1.8 km from Nice's Old Town, Hotel Danemark features a garden and a furnished terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout. Very clean. Cleaning every day. Good location near beach. Photos of the exact room we were staying in. Staff cares about people. We were offered to leave our bags and use the facilities after we moved out.

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. The hotel is lovely and so close to the beach. Set back from the promenade it is quaint, quiet and charming. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. We especially appreciated the in room air conditioning unit!

Situated in Nice, 300 metres from Plage Poincare and 300 metres from Plage Florida, Magnifique appartement au centre-ville de Nice offers air conditioning. A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is a beachfront property situated in Nice, a few steps from Plage Poincare and 100 metres from Plage Magnan. The place was impeccably clean, perfectly matched the pictures, and the host was incredibly kind, generous and always available to help! Both beds were super comfy, all necessary kitchen and bath essentials were included, and the building itself was secure and safe. The location was extraordinary and the views can’t compare to anything we’ve ever experienced before! The only downside was having to leave. Highly recommend for your visit to Nice.

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. We loved the location and the view from the apartment. The apartment was very nicely equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Free parking. We appreciated the owners welcome and hospitality.
