A recently renovated property, Sunshine Getaway - Stylish Studio in the Heart of Nice is situated in Nice near Plage du Ruhl, Plage du Centenaire and Plage Beau Rivage. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our host was very helpful and provided us with tips on what to visit in Nice. She had also provided big amounts of high quality food for breakfast. One of the best places I have ever stayed in so far! Strongly recommend!

My husband, toddler, and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Nice. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to city attractions and local markets. The apartment's ambiance was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and garden view from the kitchen. The owner was attentive and provided all necessary support, even beyond our stay. The location was great and the host was super responsive and friendly. Also, the apartment was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at this place again if I ever come back to Nice! There was a tram station just outside the apartment and I also loved the balcony. And by the way: the sofa bed was super comfortable!
