Set in the Gare de Provence, Nord district, in the centre of Nice, Hôtel & Appartements Monsigny features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Room, location, service, all of it was beyond our expectations for a 1-3 nights stay. Room was clean and with enough space for 4 of us. Location is superb, just 10-15 minutes walk to the Promenade along the main street. But you can take a tram for 1,25 Eur/person. Lady at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. Awesome value for money.

Fernando was very welcoming. Our flight was 3 hours late arriving after 1am, but he still met us and made sure that we were able to access the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and modern and the location was very good.

The studio is very cozy with everything, what is needed. There is even a washing machine. There is a very cozy sofa to chill and comfortable bed with a soft blanket. The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.
