Hotel is great, room had enough space and was very simple organized. The hotel is at a great location only 10min walk to old town and main tram station.

It is a great and specious apartment with many amenities that make our stay excellent. The apartment was very clean and in a quite area, and within a walking distance to sightseeing spots. It was very easy to reach it from the airport. The host Muriel is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. She made our stay in Nice even more pleasant. We will definitely be happy to return and strongly recommend Muriel as an excellent host.

Nice'te Bains Militaires Plajı'na ve Plage Rauba Capeu'ya 1,7 km uzaklıkta yer alan Le Riquier - Port de Nice klimalıdır. The apartment was very close to the port, and walking distance to the Promenade. It was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also very close to the supermarket, which is great for using the kitchen.

Great location, close to the centre, the port, and the exit of the city. With exceptionally good interior, decoration, and facilities (everything from snacks and drinks to a hairdryer and washing machine), there's everything you'd ever need and more. The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.
