Alter Athens offers accommodation in the heart of Athens, within 1.2 km from Panepistimio Metro Station. Free WiFi is provided in the public areas. Owners are the best I’ve came across in the hotel industry to date, so accommodating and just generally nice people. Location was perfect and rooms very clean.

Close to the National Archaeological Museum, Dryades Hotel is situated in a quiet and relaxing spot near Strefi Hill, in the vibrant district of Exarchia, in Athens. I had a lovely stay. The place exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff, great location with delicious local food and a perfect room with balcony for a solo traveler :)
