Mr. Yannis at the front office is a gentlemen. He helped us to identify the local places to see and was very warm with his hospitality. The rooms are clean. Location good to access through metro and tram.

Light, airy and very welcoming atmosphere. Highly professional staff, always greeting and smiling, courteous and polite. Inpeccably clean room, very spacious, with comfy beds and pillows. Toilet with rain shower, deep-soaking bathtub and one sink. Sound-proofing of the room was excellent. Exceptional sauna & massage serices. The lounge area was also very good; live piano music in the evenings. The hotel is also just 25 minutes walking to the Plaka and Monasteriki vibrant neighbourhoods.

Their professionalism and competence shone through as they swiftly and efficiently resolved the matter with grace and poise. It was evident that they were well-trained and dedicated to providing top-notch service to their guests. In situations like these, where a delicate touch is crucial, the Grand Hyatt in Athens exceeded all expectations. Their adept handling of the situation not only resolved the issue seamlessly but also left me feeling valued and cared for as a guest. I cannot commend the staff enough for their exceptional performance and the positive impact it had on my overall experience. Without a doubt, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt in Athens to anyone looking for a truly remarkable stay, where professionalism and impeccable service reign supreme.

There was nothing to complain about. Excellent hotel, comfortable room, nice breakfast and delightful staff. Would definitely come again.
