T - Nagar, Ćennaj – hotele

Located in the famous shopping area of Pondy Bazaar, Grand Chennai by GRT is located in Chennai. It features an indoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre and a fitness centre. I simply loved the quick response by ALL staff to my needs. Also, the cleanliness of the common toilet at breakfast area was superbly clean. My room was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well on my comfortable bed. My family loved the external decorations at every level. The staff at the entrance to the hotel never failed to greet us with their friendly "Vanakkam" and checking on our well-being. Excellent. I also want to thank Mr Hari Prasad and Mr Jey for allowing my early check-in though the hotel had full occupancy. I checked in at about 6am. I made a request for early check-in at that moment with a doubt. But fortunately, I got my room on the highest floor which was my request too. Thanks to both the gentlemen.

Pokój przestronny z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem i sprawnie działającą klimatyzacją. Czysto, codziennie świeże ręczniki, kosmetyki i woda. Pozytywne wrażenie robi ekipa z restauracji - uśmiechnięta, pomocna i dobrze doradzi w kwestii posiłków. Pyszne śniadania w lokalnym stylu, ale znajdzie się też coś dla Europejczyka ;) Warto skorzystać z restauracji na obiad lub kolację. Wybór dań szeroki i wszystko bardzo smaczne. Hotel w centrum, ale w naszym pokoju (409) nie było słychać hałasu z ulicy. Hotel posiada prywatny, zadaszony parking.

This was a family trip for three days in Chennai. So we stayed in Start City for two nights in three Studio rooms among the six of us in the family. From the start, it was a feel-good factor since Mr. Anupam, whose contact number was available on Booking.com, was the first one I called to confirm before reaching, and he was welcoming enough to say the rooms were all set and ready for our arrival. My request for a slightly early check-in was accommodated by the staff at the reception since there was availability to our luck. In my experience, I have seen a lot of hotels taking their own time and delaying the check-in and the admin/paperwork, but in Star City, Mr. Ganesh, who was receiving us, ensured to send the family to the room in parallel while he was taking all the documents and filling the needed details for the check-in. I appreciate that, especially since the family is always keen to get to the rooms while I finish up the paperwork and the payment-related things. The Rooms were Clean, Neat and tidy and the Bathrooms were in pristine condition. There is good space and furniture to hold the luggage for a couple of days' stay and even an excellent work-from-the-room setup. The location is another Key factor for Star City since since T-Nagar is one of the best shopping areas in Chennai and most of the places are within walkable distance from here. The courteous & polite staff are an asset to this hotel. Be it the folks in the reception, supervisors, Security, Valet parking and cleaning staff - all of them were smilingly helpful be it the need for water bottles to beat the support or cleaning or any other questions asked or support needed. Ganesh, Gautham, Lokesh, Venkat, and Mani are some of the names that I can remember, but there are more names I can't recollect that were friendly and accommodating. In all this team ensured we had a comfortable stay for 2 nights. I sure will stay here again.

Located in Chennai’s business district, standing on the historic premises of the erstwhile Gemini Film Studios, The Park offers rooms with a flat-screen TV and rainshower facilities. The hotel is has a very professionally equipped staff at the reception. Thanks to DM Satya for his extensive support. We definitely come again.

It's so clean inside room , also staf were helpful . Due to price , I think is so economic place. The manager Mr. Sundar was kind man be helpful about guest needs.
