It looked nice online but I had no idea how beautiful it is. Our room was draped in beautiful fabrics, had a 4 poster bed & a huge claw foot tub! The whole hotel is over the top in the most wonderful way. Every space has been meticulously decorated. The staff were delightful & so helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood away from the center of Rome. Overall this was a surprisingly wonderful experience!

Very good location, surrounding residential area. Quiet, peaceful, green. Cozy boutique-style family hotel, very neat, clean, well-maintained. Attentive and pleasant service staff.

Located 600 metres from the Testaccio area and a short walk across the Tiber River to the Trastevere area, Hotel Major Aventinus offers rooms with views of the garden or street. Amazing gem in a fantastic quiet neighborhood. The staff were great. The room was warm and cosy and the breakfast was amazing well worth the 7 eur. It is an extremely beautiful old building with lots of green around. Will come back for sure next time we're in Rome.

Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Great location, comfy room. Affordable price.

In the centre of Rome, Hotel Aventino is located on the quiet Aventine Hill, a 10-minute walk from Circo Massimo Metro. It features elegant rooms and free WiFi throughout. The staff was unbelievable. They let us eat takeout pizza in the breakfast area, even with access to plates, silverware, micro. There are a lot of stairs, but there is an elevator. It is close to EVERYTHING in Rome (15 minutes walk). Super quiet area.

The design hotel Abitart is situated in the heart of the Ostiense neighbourhood, close to Ostiense Railway and Metro Station, which provides quick access to all of Rome, including Fiumicino Airport. This hotel was great in every aspect!! Room was large and bright, very clean and quiet which was nice after a long day of sightseeing around Rome. The breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of choose from and the setting is really relaxing where you can enjoy a nice breakfast before heading out for the day!! Great restaurants and cafes very close to the hotel (77 Caffe is fantastic and the one beside the hotel and directly across are great as well). Gelato at the corner is the best ever!! We would definitely stay here again when in Rome!!

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls. The conservatory for breakfast and the relaxing garden. We have stayed here many times and is always our hotel of choice in Rome! Aventino is the most beautiful area, yet close to the centre of Rome. It is a well kept secret, therefore, I hesitate writing this review!!

The room was clean and exactly like on the pictures. Staff was also really lovely and were happy to help us with anything. It don’t matter what time you go to the breakfast you will always get everything fresh. I can recommend this accommodation with all my heart.
