Owner Pietro- very friendly and helpful. Nice covered terrace just for us! Free parking in 5 min distance, 30 min distance from downtown Rome and 40 min from lake Braccaio by car. We felt like in home.

In the separate, fenced garden live two beautiful dogs, so we felt safe during the stay :-) Although is far from the city center, micro-location is great! There is a bus station 5 min walk from the apartment, and the supermarket too.

Appartamento nel verde fronte ospedale San Pietro, Sant'Andrea is a recently renovated apartment in Rome, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. Really nice place. The apartment does not have a "hotel" character because it is rented by private people, so it has a very homely atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful. The place is quite far from the center, but it doesn't matter because there is very good public transport. It's possible to easily communicate with the owners in English.
