Friendly staff at breakfast. Friendly, fair and professional staff at the Reception. Extremely clean rooms, bed linen changed every day! The location of the hotel is extremely good - all metro and bus lines are about 100-200 meters from the hotel, and thus there is a connection with the whole city, especially for visits to the Vatican and/or the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trestevere quarter, etc. You can even go on foot. Possibility to have a very tasty and, if desired, lunch and/or dinner as part of half or full board. Fantastic separate area for smokers in the garden of the hotel. All the information needed for a tour of the city are provided by the friendly staff at the hotel reception. The refund of the deposit against damage to the room is the same day after check-out from the hotel. El Gemelli Hotel se encuentra en Roma, a 2,4 km del estadio olímpico Roma y a 3,5 km de los Museos Vaticanos, y ofrece bar, jardín, terraza y wifi gratis. Este hotel de 3 estrellas ofrece room... The place was quiet and nice. Still you can easily reach the center (train station is 5 minutes from the hotel). The breakfast was great, there was a wide choice of foods - sweet and prosciutto options. The coffee machine was pretty good and made delicious coffee. I really liked the smell of pastry early in the morning. The staff was truly friendly and really meant it.

Location was ideal for visit to the Vatican Museum (2’ walk), to get to the city centre (Bus 492 around the corner took me to the piazza Navona/Pantheon/Campo de Fiori area and to the Barberini Palazzo). Also near metro Ottaviano. Breakfast was reasonably priced at 15 eur and had a good choice of sweet and savory. Bathroom was small but had a great walk in shower, fluffy towels and excellent shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of outlets to charge my devices. Can highly recommend a restaurant nearby, La Locanda di Pietro. Other restaurants nearby as well. Receptionist was very helpful when I had a question about the outlets. No adapter needed for my Belgian chargers.
