They were very worried and always asked if they needed something, they sent instructions with a photo with an entrance, which is very convenient and you can quickly find an apartment. 5 minutes to the metro and 10 minutes to the Vatican. I liked everything and thank you very much)

The staff is really nice, friendly and very helpful. Giulia at the front desk is amazing, she helped us organizing our transfers, city recommendations and tours. Centrally located in Rome, The Place 217 is set on one of Rome's main shopping streets, 650 metres from Ottaviano Metro Station. It offers accommodation featuring free WiFi. The staff were so hospitable, the position was amazing and the room was fantastic, we had a fabulous couple of days here and highly recommend.

Sant' Anna Hotel ligger i centrala Rom, bara 200 meter från Peterskyrkan. Hotellet ligger i en 1600-talsbyggnad och erbjuder eleganta rum och interiörer. Everything - large, pretty, immaculate room, comfortable bed and good shower. The staff was welcoming and helpful. (When the battery in our room vault died, it was attended to very early the next morning as promised.) The breakfast was excellent. This was the first time that we have stayed in this quarter of Rome and we found it a good central point. While there were crowds in Vatican Square during the daytime, the area was very tranquil and beautiful in the evening.

The staff waited for us to check in given the delay on our flights and claiming the luggages. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. No noise all throughout the nights we stayed. The breakfast is FREE but small but it was alright since light breakfast means feast on lunch from the amazing trattoria's in Rome.
