The staff was absolutely incredible! There was a little problem with our initial room, but they immediately moved us to a new and better room, even throwing in a fruit plate to apologize for the initial inconvenience. The location was also tremendous, right next to the Monti neighborhood, and we loved the spa.

The room was always warm and the water was always hot. The guys at reception was very polite and friendly. The location was very convenient.

We only had 2 full days in Rome to see as much as possible. The local of the Hotel was in close proximity to the main attractions which was great! Breakfast was great! Front desk was helpful!

We stayed at this hotel on the first night arriving in Italy and also our last night. There is a BIG difference in the quality of the two rooms. This particular room was very up to date. BEAUTIFUL! I wished we had gotten this room on our first night! Great location, easy walk from train station! We tried gelato at least 15 times in our 2 week Europe trip, and the Gelato directly across the street from the hotel is the WINNER for the BEST gelato!!! I recommend the amaretto cherries one with the brittle. WOW!!

Located opposite the Palazzo delle Esposizioni. Exhibition centre has modern rooms with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Repubblica Metro is a 5-minute walk away. Close to the train station and thr city centre. Clear instruction to the property. Beautiful veiw.

Hotelul Giolli oferă camere mari, cu acces la internet Wi-Fi, servicii prietenoase şi recepţie cu program non-stop. The room had everything you needed for a weekend away in Rome. Dresser, large bed and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The only thing negative is the room is very compact. But thats not a worry if you are only staying for a few days. Suited us down to the ground!!

Rooms offer modern furnishings and free Wi-Fi. everything in the hotel nice ,clean,the brekfast was well enough for the price ,the location perfect near the metro and bus .the staff VERY HELPFULL.
