The hotel is exceptional, we loved it! It was clean, well appointed and the staff, especially Roxana on Reception, very friendly and helpful. You feel as if you are in a 5-star hotel. It is well located, within walking distance (over a few bridges) from the train station, which is ideal, because you check-in and are then luggage-free to explore Venice. Although the breakfast room isn't very big, in good weather you have the option of sitting out in their beautiful garden to eat, which was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more attentive, they were all excellent. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the room clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a very lovely hotel with vintage design that brings us back to the old Europe. The staff is very nice and helpful. Also enjoys the breakfast and yard in the hotel.
