Ibis styles at Incheon Airport was perfect for our last day in South Korea. We arrived early and left our bags at the hotel and made the journey into Seoul for last-minute shopping and sightseeing. We arrived back to a very comfortable room, bed and pillows equally comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Liked that there was a focus on climate and how they clean and manage the space. Our room looked out onto the runway so we could watch planes taking off and landing. There are earplugs available for light sleepers. We didn't use the bar or restaurant but it looked nice and there is a convenience store at the hotel too.

The property is located in transit area(before immigration), Incheon International Airport in Terminal2. ->Transit Only (International flight -> incheon airport -> International flight) in 24 hours. The room was clean and very functional even though it was a bit tight (but normal as it is a transit hotel). Staff was really nice. Loved the fact that the hotel is in the airport but you cannot hear any noises from outside. The shower had amazing water pressure.

Only a 3-minute walk from Unseo Subway Station (Airport Railway Line), Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel boasts a restaurant, conference rooms, fitness centre and rooftop garden. Rooms were big, plenty of plug sockets, bathroom was lovely too, staff were friendly, also received a coupons for the coffee opposite the reception, very close to station and would stay here again! A lot of convenience stores and restaurants close by!

Grand Hyatt Incheon is a 5-star business hotel, just a 3 minutes’ drive away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and a 15 minutes' drive away from Terminal 2. The facilities were exceptional and the architectural design was brilliant. The food was absolutely delicious as well.

The staff stayed up extra late (until after 01.00 in the morning) to ensure that I was checked in safely. They also messaged me while I was still at the airport to make sure that I was okay, and even offered to send a taxi for me me because I had been waiting a long time. They were very friendly and even booked a taxi for me for the next morning. Perfect service! :-)
