A warm welcome from Rashid on reception who let us check in early, all hotel staff are great and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant is fab and they make omelettes to order!

The room was very large,clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.The location was perfect-in the heart of Gueliz and close to cafés and restaurants.The staff were very friendly and helpful-I want to mention Yassine,Hamza and Hasna at reception,Tariq and Abdul at breakfast and Adil and Haytam in the dining room.A big THANK YOU to the lady at the egg station each morning at breakfast whose name I didn't get.....This is an excellent hotel-great value,friendly,clean and welcoming....I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Marrakech... Top marks....10 out of 10.
