He is sooo helpful, knowledgeable, kind , sweet and has a very good customer service Zakaria with his patience sort out my phone , helped me to install taxi app . He is a star. Zakaria and staff made me want to return to this hotel again . My son and I felt safe , comfortable and happy here. This hotel is in the perfect location. Easy excess to shops and tramway to take us to the Rabat Medina . Restaurants are nearby for a quick meal . Adil the owner of the restaurant/ cafe ( free wifi ) across this hotel , is another man to give a big clap to.

Flower Town Hotel & Spa es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Rabat, a 2,7 km de Biblioteca Nacional del Reino de Marruecos y a 5,1 km de Torre Hasán. Nos sorprendio muy bien ubicado y conetado .las instalaciones sin casi nuevas y esta muy limpio...desayuno bufet muy rico...lo recomiendo le doy un 10.

Had a family trip to Rabat and this hotel was amazing for a whole week stay , My wife and I really enjoyed our stay , the room is clean and comfortable, the front desk team are very kind and professional,GM Jabir always on floor making sure. Everything is going right , Si Amine the bartender enjoyed my drink and the talk with him , the night team Hicham and Mouhcine and especially the security agent Fouad are really amazing made my whole stay always available and ready to make the stay even more comfortable. The restaurant experience in Beakfast was just outstanding the service In point the lady making the msemen she was the most amazing and friendly person in world sorry I didn’t get her name and Nabil the F&B director managing the spot more than amazing .
