Everything was amazing, from the staff to the room! The room was very clean, very modern and had a wonderful view to a quiet street. The staff was extremely welcoming and also helped us with any question that we had.

In walking distance from hotel to Coolhaven train stop or tram stop no 8 which takes you to Beurs stop for a variety of shopping choices. Tram stop Blaak takes you to the Cube houses and Great Market hall with delicious eatery options. Euromast tramstop for exciting views from the tower. Wilhelminaplein tram or metro stop for the cruise port. The room was modern, and the bathroom with a soft rain shower head a delight, a heated rail, and a hairdryer. Rooms come with an aircon and hot water machine for coffee and a safe. Stein, Arthur, and Lia at reception were very helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have the breakfast option. New years Eve was amazing on Erasmus Bridge with fireworks. All trains were free to use from 10 pm to 2am. Well organised and safe to use. The house and area is so nice, the rooms are beautiful and clean. We left something valuable in our room and the staff helped us get it back. They were so open and honest about it and were 100 % confidential. Very impressed.
