Nelson was an amazing host, we even got to taste his own avocado and orange, which were absolutely delicious. Great view, comfy bed, cozy house - just like its name, nice and clean bathroom with access to 2 terraces. Would love to come back any time, 100% suggest it to anyone.

The apartment is on the first floor of a typical Maderian house, perched in a forest of banana trees! The location was great, away from the noise of the road. Every morning, the birds and chickens woke us up singing. The view from the windows was breathtaking : we could see the sun rising from one window, and setting from the other window!! Everything in this apartment has been thought out to be comfortable, the layout is perfect and the equipment is of good quality. We had everything we could dream of: a cutting board, an oven, a washing machine with several laundry pods! And even a private parking space! On arrival, the apartment was very clean, and we received very clear check-in instructions from our host, Jacqueline. Jacqueline did her best over 12 days to make our stay a perfect one. We even received several bottles of homemade wine as gifts! Communication was very easy and pleasant, Jacqueline was very available and we regret not having the chance to meet her in person, our respective agendas not allowing this meeting. If I ever get the chance to come back to Madeira, I'll come back here with my eyes closed. Many thanks to Jacqueline for her hospitality. I'll forever remember this trip.

The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable. I was travelling with a friend, so it was wonderful to have 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything we needed was at hand. A beautiful sunrise seen from my bedroom was a bonus:)

The apartment was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The secure basement garage was a great plus as was the lift. The block the apartment is situated in also has a bakery, a shop that seems to stock everything and a lovely local restaurant that provides great local dishes at affordable prices. In addition the block even has an ATM. The view from the balcony was wonderful especially at night time when the Christmas lights were flickering all around us and St. Anthony's church was lit on the hillside above us.
