Room was big, comfortable and very clean. Walking distance to several attractions Downtown Chicago, and also very close to public transportation. Nice to have water, coffee and tea available at the lobby.

From the valet staff at the entrance door to the check-in counter. Everyone was very friendly. (Donna helped me the most)! Other staffs were always smiling and asking if we needed any help.
